I frame and solve complex, multi-stakeholder challenges through design, catalyzing action across sectors, teammates, and teams, to move from fragmentation to coordinated change.

Design gives me both a toolkit and a way of thinking: generative and exploratory enough to sit with real complexity, but action-oriented enough to move through it. My work has focused on building the workshops, coalitions, and visualizations that help stakeholders see themselves inside a system and choose to act on it together.

I've spent 2 years in the Food Systems Action Lab at the Institute of Design, where I've designed workshops, systems visualizations, and coordination strategies for organizations working across Chicago's food ecosystem. I’m looking to bring this same approach to other civic systems, such as transportation networks. My work has shown me the sector may look different but the coordination failures, the siloed organizations, & the passionate people burning out are the same.
